This Inner West project involved building an extension and renovating part of an existing home in Balmain to incorporate a larger kitchen with an island bench and breakfast bar. It was the smallest project we’ve undertaken, but the improvement it has made on the functionality and overall character of the house, has been amazing.

Nestled in one of the sought after suburbs of Sydney and surrounded by heritage architecture, this project features the use of James Hardie Linea weatherboards for a classic and timeless appearance, while being accented with crisp white window and door surrounds to give that extra bit of lux ‘pop’. The doors were a completely new and exciting product, which featured a frameless glass panel unit with the ability to fold and stack, or slide to either side, providing a very versatile solution to any space. The window was also a sashless ‘Aneeta’ unit. All window and door frames were made and custom built on site by our experience and talented team.

Finishing the project off, was a contemporary choice of Colorbond roofing in ‘Surfmist’ and weatherboards painted in a dark and bold ‘blue-grey’.
